CityElectrician.com now has the capacity to deploy a new call tracking and recording feature for its premier clients, which allows our clients to enjoy a full caller ID, virtual secretary suite. By providing a unique 1-800 number for our clients, we can now track each and every call that we deliver through our network, delivering a real time call detail and accurate reporting to our clients on our ability to deliver new customers.

In certain cases, we have even implemented our call recording feature, which has been a hit success with our partners. While it is often difficult to keep track of every inbound call, our call recording feature provides our clients a backup copy of the entire conversation, sending an email with the entire conversation attached in audio format. This means you don’t have to scribble down customer information while out on a job site, or memorize phone numbers while commuting to work. Instead, you just have to ask the right questions, get all of the pertinent information – and you can record it all later.
